The authors are requested to fill this Google form after paying the registration fees. Upload the scan copy of Proof of payment & Proof of Student Id (if registration is in student category) to the space provided in Google form. It is mandatory to upload the student Id proof, if applicable.
Camera Ready Paper Submission Guidelines
For the paper to be included in the conference proceedings:
You are requested to consider the reviewers’ comments and submit the camera-ready paper by 30th November, 2024. The reviewers comments are available to your Microsoft CMT account.
Please note that only the registered and presented (physically) papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The presenting author must complete the conference registration by the camera-ready submission deadline.
You are instructed to submit the following documents in a zipped folder (renamed by Paper ID) at below link:
Camera-ready paper with due incorporation of reviewer’s comments in the template of Springer. Follow the guidelines for the preparation of the camera-ready paper. Paper template is available on conference website https://mind2024.mind-society.org/authors
Response to reviewers comment sheet which should clearly highlight the changes made in the camera-ready paper as per the reviews. Clearly mention page no. and other relevant places where changes are done in camera-ready paper.
Certificate of originality: The plagiarism should be less than 15% (with respect to Turnitin plagiarism software). A manuscript found plagiarized more than 15% during any stage of the publication process, shall be rejected. Format

Guidelines for preparing camera-ready submissions are as follows:
- Final camera-ready version must fulfil Springer guidelines. Use Springer paper template available at the following link: https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines
- Camera-ready version must be in English and grammatically correct.
- The papers have 6 to 12 pages limit inclusive of figures, graphs, tables, references, etc. Authors must comply with the page limit in their final camera-ready version.
- Any personal or commercial (advertisement) content should be strictly avoided.
- All the necessary manuscript files (pdf and docx) including source files should be submitted. In the case of LaTeX files, all the source files should be submitted in a zip folder.
- At least one author must register latest by 30th November 2023 to be included in the conference proceedings.
- Do not add headers, footers, or copy-right codes. They will be electronically added to the document by the publishing house.
- The filename of all the documents must be labelled with Paper-Id.
Naming of Camera-Ready Files
Camera-ready submission files require a naming convention: XXX is your 3-digit paper ID. If your paper ID has less than 3 digits, add zeros in the front. For example, 0XX.pdf. Overall Zip file should be named as XXX.zip; which must include the following files:
Paper-XXX.pdf;
Response to Reviewers-XXX.docx;
Certificate of Originality.docx
Source Files: LatexSource-XXX (Latex Only); or Paper-XXX.docx (Word only);
Supplementary File-XXX (if submitting supplementary materials)
Abstract.docx;

Please upload XXX.zip including the above mentioned files on the above given Camera-ready submission link.
Camera-ready Submission Checklist
Information on your CMT portal must be consistent with those on your paper and REGISTRATION FORM. This includes:
Title of your paper
Author Names (including spelling and capitalization of names)
Order of authors
Authors are listed on the paper in "firstname lastname” convention. Do not abbreviate first names. You may include middle initials. For example, Anand M. Sharma.
I have included the final PDF of my camera-ready submission in my .zip folder
(For Latex user only) I have included %index{Last Name, First Name} for every author of the paper, right after the author{} command.
(Latex user only) I have included source files, including the .tex, .bib (if using BibTex), and figure files.
(Word user only) I have included my Word file (.docx)
I have included my supplementary material in my .zip folder (if submitting supplementary materials)
A "Response to Reviewers” file with a bulleted list of the modifications to the paper is included in my .zip file.
A certificate of originality and abstract file in the given format.
I understand that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, both the paper and the author list cannot be altered. This includes the authors' names, order, and the corresponding author. Request for corrections will NOT be accommodated after the camera-ready submission deadline.
I understand that the information submitted on the Registration form will be used to create the conference program. This includes the paper title, the list and the order of authors. Request for corrections will NOT be accommodated after the camera-ready submission deadline.
Final Paper review:
- Your final submitted documents will be checked by Publication team to ensure that it meets all formatting and compatibility requirements. If we encounter any issue or error in the paper, you will be contacted by email.
Accommodation Details
Hostel Accommodation at NIT Goa
Those who opting for hostel accommodation in NIT Goa during the conference must have to register in the conference as an author or attendee category through filling the conference registration form .
Hostel accommodation will be provided based on prior request (not included in the conference Registration Fee) and those who are attending the conference. Registration fees include access to all sessions, expert talks, conference kit, refreshment & working lunch every day etc.
Hostel accommodation will be provided maximum one day early and one day extra only with respect to the conference schedule.
Hostel accommodation is having single occupancy in each boys and girls hostels.
You have to do hostel accommodation payment at conference registration desk, once you will reach here. Confirmation with room number will be sent in advance to smoothly accommodated in the hostel.
If you are accompanying, you need to opt for a separate room by filling the registration form separately as the hostel is having single occupancy and separate for male and female.
Hostel accommodation (Room) charges will be Rs. 400 per day (for the students) and Rs. 450 per day (for professionals).
